We are excited to share our stories and to have you dive into the heart of our philanthropic journey.
At Guelph Community Foundation, it is our purpose to strengthen and support our community through philanthropic leadership, and to empower people and causes through evidence-based granting and donor support.
In 2023 we invested $2.5 million in 268 grants to 154 charities doing incredible work to address the needs in Guelph and Wellington County.
The ongoing support of those in our community makes it all possible. So while we are excited to celebrate the impact we’ve had, we are grateful for everyone who have helped support GCF this past year. We couldn’t have had the impact we’ve had without you!
