knowledgeable educators dedicated to making science understandable and exciting. Royal City Science are committed to creating a haven for critical thinking and scientific literacy for everyone.
This new science centre, in the heart of the Innovation Corridor, will be the first of its kind in Ontario: a multi-disciplinary science centre that places the UN’s 17 goals for sustainable development at the core of all we do.
The goal is to site the facility on a former gravel pit close to Highway 401, making the centre and the surrounding grounds a living laboratory of habitat rehabilitation – opening up opportunities for citizen science
and academic research to take place side by side.
