It is with mixed emotions that we announce that Cesare Pandolfi, GCF’s Finance Manager extraordinaire, will be retiring at the end of 2025. Cesare has worked at the Guelph Community Foundation since April 2021 and has been a wonderful addition to the team. In his role, Cesare managed all financial processes related to budgets, reporting, donations, grants and much more! He has been an essential part of our small team working closely with staff, volunteers, donors and fundholders. Richard Ndebele, GCF’s new Finance and Office Manager, and Cesare will work together until the end of the year to support a strong onboarding and smooth transition.
We are so grateful for all Cesare has done for GCF and our community and wish him well as he transitions to retired life. We welcome the community to share in our congratulations and farewell to Cesare. A consistent professional, he has always been a pleasure to work with and we thank him for his wisdom, passion for the nonprofit sector, and willingness to always lend a hand. Cesare, you will be greatly missed!
