The Guelph Community Foundation is so excited to welcome Richard Ndebele in the role of Finance and Office Manager!
Richard brings over eight years of accounting and financial management experience across the non-profit and private sectors in Canada, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. Richard is passionate about using finance to strengthen community impact and promote transparency in charitable operations. Richard formally started on November 11 and we are thrilled to have him join the team and welcome their financial knowledge and contributions!

Cesare Pandolfi, GCF’s Finance Manager, will be retiring at the end of this year. Cesare and Richard will work together until the end of the year to support a strong onboarding and smooth transition.
